Leyland "Lee" DeVito is a writer, illustrator, and designer. He has been Editor in Chief of Metro Times, Detroit’s alt-weekly, since 2016.

In addition to Metro Times, his writing has been published in VICE, CREEM, Hour Detroit, Michigan Advance, and In These Times.

He has interviewed Bernie Sanders, the Insane Clown Posse, Rashida Tlaib, Pussy Riot, and Gretchen Whitmer, among others.

He is proud to be born and raised in the Detroit area.
